“Becky has been working for IQ International, the International Association for Information and Data Quality since 2012.
In that time, her prime role has been managing association membership. This has involved phone and email contact with members around the globe. She has a positive manner and all who come into contact with her find her pleasant and helpful!
During her time with us, we have implemented new CRM (CiviCRM) and accounting products (Xero). She has now taken on basic bookkeeping tasks in Xero and handles all association banking, invoicing and bill payment.
What a delightful person to work with! All within our association like Becky. Nothing is too hard for her. She has been a willing learner, not afraid to ask for help when a difficult situation arises, thereby ensuring we avoid disasters!
